Sunday Couple Scrambles at Wolf Ridge Golf Course will take place at 2 p.m. Sundays. The entry fee is $15 per person for the nine-hole weekly event.

Wolf Ridge Golf Course is having a special for veterans and military personnel this week.
Until Sunday, veterans and military personnel will be able to play a round of golf daily for half price with proper identification and proof of military service.

This weekend will be a busy one at Raceday Park, located on Oklahoma State Highway 112 between Poteau and Cameron.
On Saturday, hole shot motor bike 300-feet, heads-up races will begin at 10 a.m. Practice will begin at 9 a.m., with gates opening at 8 a.m.
The entry fee for the race is $10 per entry. Organized practice will follow with the entry fee being $15 per bike and/or all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). Peewee track races for bikes and/or ATVs is $10 per entry.
Admission for Saturday's action is $3 for ages 5 to 59, while children ages 4 and younger and adults ages 60 and older can attend for free.
First-, second- and third-class races will begin at 11 a.m. Practices will begin at 9 a.m., with the gates opening at 7 a.m.
