The Wolf Ridge Junior Golf Clinic will take place this afternoon as well as the next Wednesday afternoon at Wolf Ridge Country Club.
The clinic is open to youth ages 5 and older. The clinic for ages 5 to 17 will be from 4 to 5 p.m. every Wednesday for the next four weeks. Cost is $10 per golfer per session.
The clinic for ages 18 and older will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. every Wednesday for four weeks. Cost is $20 per golfer per session.

The 2014 Choctaw Country Club Junior Golf Clinic will take place today and the next four Tuesdays. The clinic will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. every Tuesday.
The entry fee is $10 per child per week, which includes drinks each week. All ages are welcome.
At the end of the eight-week clinic, there will be a tournament, a cookout and a pool party.

The first annual Couples Tournament will take place with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Saturday at Wolf Ridge Country Club.
The entry fee is $150 per two-person team, which will be comprised of one male and one female. The cost includes a golf cart, two mulligans per player and lunch.

The Heavener Ballpark and Heavener Chamber of Commerce will have a 7-3 Coed Softball Tournament July 5 at Blues Park.
The entry fee is $125 per team that includes hitting a maximum of five home runs or $150 per team that includes hitting an unlimited number of home runs.
Men hit any 44 core ball and women hit any ball.
The first-place team will receive $150 plus T-shirts, while the runners-up will receive $75 plus T-shirts.

The 2014 Coed Church Softball League will begin play July 8 at the Poteau Area Recreational Complex.
The entry fee is $400 per team, and the deadline to enter is Monday.

The 2014 Spider Webb Invitational will take place July 12-13 at Wolf Ridge Country Club. A practice round will take place July 11.
The entry fee is $400 per team or $200 per person. The tournament is limited to the first 80 teams that enter.

Arkoma High School athletics announces the 2014-15 parents/guardians meeting 7 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 8 at the Arkoma Events Center to officially present all paperwork necessary to participate in sports.
All athletes going in to 7 through 12 grade must be represented at the meeting.

Physicals for all athletes will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. Aug. 8 at the Arkoma Events Center.

The Mark Cody Wrestling Camps will take place July 6-13 at the University in Norman.
The technique camp will take place July 6-9 for those who will enter grades seven through 12 next fall. The cost is $425 for those who will stay in Norman or $275 for commuters.
The kids camp for those who will enter kindergarten through sixth grade next fall will also be July 6-9. The cost is $415 for those who will stay in Norman or $275 for commuters.
The intensive camp will be from July 6-13 for those who will enter grades seven through 12 next fall. The cost is $800 for those who will stay in Norman or $620 for commuters.
The team camp will be July 10-13. The cost is $425 for those who will stay in Norman or $275 for commuters.
The Father/Son Camp will be July 11-13. The cost is $400, with each additional child costing $200.
