Talihina finally gets to play state semifinal game against Ringling tonight in Durant

It probably seems like it was not going to ever happen, but it is — the Class A state semifinals in the high school football playoffs.
The Talihina Golden Tigers (13-0) will get a shot at the state's top-ranked team in Class A, the Ringling Blue Devils (11-1), at 7 tonight in the state semifinals at Paul Laird Field on the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant.
The winner will meet the Apache-Hollis state semifinal next weekend at Oklahoma State University's Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater. for the state championship.

To Get There — Take Oklahoma State Highway 1 west through Buffalo Valley to Oklahoma State Highway 2. Take Highway 2 south through Yanush and across Sardis Lake to Oklahoma State Highway 43. Take Highway 43 west to Stringtown. Take U.S. 69 south to Oklahoma State Highway 78 in Durant. Take Highway 78 south to Paul Laird Field on the campus of Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
