Talihina handles Gore to finish District A-6 runners-up, entertains Wewoka Tigers in Class A playoffs

TALIHINA — The Talihina Golden Tigers wanted to rebound from last week's humiliating 33-6 loss on the road against Savanna. They did so in fine fashion on Senior Night on Friday night at Doc Robinson Stadium by handling the Gore Pirates 63-42 to clinch the runner-up spot in District A-6 and a home playoff game at 7:30 p.m. next Friday against the Wewoka Tigers.
