Talihina looks to begin final push in District A-6 with home football game Thursday night against Haileyville

October 16, 2012

If the Talihina Golden Tigers football team's season was a television series, the climax is about to begin.
The Golden Tigers (7-0 overall, 3-0 in District A-6) will begin the stretch drive toward what they hope is a district title when they entertain the Haileyville Warriors (0-6, 0-3) at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Doc Robinson Stadium.
“We're in the driver's seat,” said Kelly Gravitt, Talihina's coach. “All we have to to is win and take care of business, and we're district champs.”
