Theodore Lee Hines Jr.

Theodore Lee Hines Jr., 63, of Spiro died Sunday, June 10, 2012, in Talihina.
Theodore was born Oct. 2, 1948, in Muskogee to Theodore Sr. and Margertie (Lewis) Hines. He worked at Riverside Furniture. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister and one brother. Theodore was raised in Spiro where he and his two sisters and four brothers also went to school. After high school, Theodore joined the Army and went to training camp at Fort Polk, La., and from there to Fort Riley, Kan. He was then sent to Germany. He served two tours in Vietnam.
Survivors include his daughters, Cecelia Hall of Wichita, Kan., Angie Graham of Bakersfield, Calif., Lachelle Allen of Los Angeles; son, Michael Crutchfield of Fort Smith, Ark; sister, Janette Hall of Spiro; brothers, Eddie Ross of Fort Smith, Ervin Johnson of Spiro; other relatives and loved ones. 
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at the House of Restoration, Fort Smith, with Rev. Tashala Devrow officiating.  Pallbearers will be Verdie Tripplet, James Tripplet, Ricky Tripplet, James Delt, Campnella Lewis and Melvin Delt. Burial will be in Fort Smith National Cemetery.
