Thunder win for second straight night, down Pistons after getting road win Thursday night at Chicago

OKLAHOMA CITY — Kevin Durant scored 25 points and grabbed 13 rebounds and Serge Ibaka added 25 points to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to its third victory in a row and a 4-2 record to start the season. Detroit kept the game close for about three quarters, but OKC finally pushed ahead late and cruised for the easy 105-94 victory Friday night at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
The Thunder extended its 49-42 lead at halftime with a 12-5 run to begin the second half to take a 61-47 lead at the 7:41 mark.
OKC, which got a road win Thursday night against the Chicago Bulls by a score of 97-91, kept a double digit lead until the Pistons went on a 9-2 run to end the third quarter and pull within 74-69.
