POCOLA — The Pocola Indians proved to be too much to handle for the Cameron Yellowjackets as the Indians beat the ’Jackets 95-59 Thursday night at the Pocola Gym.
The Indians doubled the Yellowjackets in the opening period 20-10 en route to a 53-28 halftime lead.
Arkoma 53, Porum 37: In Arkoma, the Mustangs trailed 23-13 at halftime, but outscored the Panthers 40-14 in the second half to get the come-from-behind victory.
Keota 73, Bokoshe 37: In Keota, the Lions jumped out to a 17-12 lead after one period, which became a 43-22 halftime advantage and a 57-30 lead going into the final period.
Editor's note: The Haileyville-Leflore game that was slated for Thursday night was rescheduled to Friday night.
