HEAVENER — It took an extra session, but the Heavener Lady Wolves were finally able to put away the Wister Lady Wildcats. Thanks to a 10-2 overtime period, the Lady Wolves downed the Lady Wildcats 46-38 Thursday night at the Heavener Gym.
Bokoshe 71, Cameron 18: In Bokoshe, the Lady Tigers (9-1) bounced back from Tuesday night's home loss to Arkoma in a big way.
The Lady Tigers jumped out to a 17-7 lead after one quarter, 33-12 at halftime and 51-13 after three periods.
Whitesboro 45, Clayton 43: In Whitesboro, the Lady Bulldogs (10-4) trailed 12-10 after one period, but had a 25-18 halftime lead.
After Clayton's Lady Bulldogs regained the lead at 31-29 after three quarters, Whitesboro outscored Clayton 16-12 in the final period to get the come-from-behind win.
Pittsburg 38, Leflore 35: In Leflore, the Lady Savages (2-10) had the misfortune of four players fouling out, thus leaving them with only four players when the game ended.
The visiting Lady Panthers took advantage of that in the final period by outscoring the Lady Savages 13-8 to get the come-from-behind win.
