Tuesday’s High School Boys Basketball Roundup

CAMERON — The Cameron Yellowjackets got a comeback Green Valley Conference home win Tuesday night as they defeated the Arkoma Mustangs 64-52.
The Yellowjackets trailed 15-11 after one period, but then outscored the Mustangs 53-37 over the final three quarters to get the come-from-behind victory.
Howe 68, Bokoshe 17: In Howe, the Lions put the game away early by outscoring the Tigers 31-3 in the first quarter.
All 15 players scored for the Lions.
Wister 55, Panama 50: In Wister, the Wildcats rallied from a 16-11 first-quarter deficit and a one-point Panama lead in the final period to get the victory.
After the Razorbacks took a 47-46 lead in the early stages of the fourth quarter, the ’Cats ended the game with a 9-3 run to get the come-from-behind win.
