HOWE — The Howe boys were able to outlast Keota's 58-56 Tuesday night at the Howe Gym in a battle of Lions.
Heavener 63, Hartshorne 28: In Hartshorne, the Wolves (4-4) reached the .500 mark with the win. Trailing 10-9 at the end of the first quarter, Heavener outscored Hartshorne 54-18 the rest of the way.
Spiro 65, Porter Consolidated 55: At Muskogee Bedouin Shrine Classic, the Bulldogs (6-2) will meet Haskell at 6 p.m. Friday in the championship semifinals, with the winner playing for the small school championship at 6 p.m. Saturday. The loser will play for third place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
