Tuesday's High School Girls Basketball Roundup

CAMERON — The Bokoshe Lady Tigers ended the regular season on a high note as they posted a 67-53 road win over the Cameron Lady Yellowjackets on Tuesday night.
The Lady Tigers jumped out to an 18-12 lead after a period and slowly increased their lead throughout the game.
Whitesboro 48, Leflore 21: In Whitesboro, the Lady Bulldogs jumped out to a 16-7 lead after a period and never looked back, including holding the Lady Savages scoreless in the third quarter.
Arkoma 52, Quinton 47: In Arkoma, the Lady Mustangs jumped out to a 12-7 lead after a period and never relinquished their advantage.
Keota 64, Wister 58: In Wister, the Lady Lions jumped out to a 21-9 lead after a period, but the Lady Wildcats outscored them 49-43 over the final three periods but the rally fell short.
Hartshorne 57, Talihina 51: In Hartshorne, the Lady Golden Tigers never led in Tuesday night's game.
