WHITESBORO — The Cameron Lady Yellowjackets were the team of the day in Tuesday's three-way at Whitesboro with the host Lady Bulldogs and the Bokoshe Lady Tigers.
The Lady ’Jackets downed the host Lady Bulldogs 3-0, while handling the Lady Tigers 13-0.
The Lady Bulldogs defeated the Lady Tigers 9-4 in the third game of the day.
Pocola 8, Spiro 4: In Spiro, the Lady Indians jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first inning, but put the game away with a pair of two-run innings in the sixth and seventh for an 8-1 lead.
Howe 6, McCurtain 4: In Howe, the Lady Lions scored twice in the second inning and once in the third for a 3-0 lead.
After the Lady Bulldogs cut the deficit to 3-2 in the fourth inning, Howe scored twice in its half of the inning for a 5-2 lead.
Heavener 8, Vian 3; Checotah 1, Heavener 0: In Vian, the Lady Wolves split their two games in Tuesday's three-way.
In the win over the host Lady Wolverines, the Lady Wolves, who trailed 1-0 after an inning, tied the game at 1 in the third inning, then scored three runs in the fourth inning — highlighted by the first of two Lexi Moody solo home runs — to take the lead for good at 5-1.
After Vian cut the deficit to 5-3 after four innings, a four-run fifth inning, again highlighted by another Moody solo homer, put the game away for Heavener.
In the loss to Checotah, the Lady Wildcats scored the game's only run on a passed ball in the second inning.
Panama 14, Keota 7: In Keota, leading 6-3 after five innings, the Lady Razorbacks put the game away with an eight-run sixth inning.
Red Oak 14, Wister 4: In Red Oak, nothing more was reported on this game, which saw the Lady Wildcats drop to 11-5.
