UPDATED: Riverdawgs rained out Sunday afternoon at Bentonville; rescheduled match-up rained out Monday night in Cameron with no make-up date set yet

June 3, 2012

The Eastern Oklahoma Riverdawgs Major American Legion baseball team thought it was going to get to begin its home season a little earlier than originally scheduled.
The Riverdawgs were rained out Sunday afternoon at Bentonville, Ark.
The single nine-inning game was to be played at 7 p.m. Monday night in Cameron, but Monday morning's rain washed it out.
Riverdawgs Coach Dave Oliver said the game has not be rescheduled as of this time.
The Riverdawgs will play a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. today in Rogers, Ark., a seven-inning game and a five-inning game, before playing in this weekend's Susan B. Komen Tournament in Fort Smith, Ark.
