Kiamichi Technology Centers Board of Education is proud to announce Warner Baxter of Poteau as the campus Director of the KTC Talihina campus.
Baxter previously served as assistant director of the
Poteau campus and high school principal at Cameron and Pocola High Schools.
KTC school board president Dr. Brad Garrett of Spiro stated, “Warner has always put students first and is a good example of school leadership in Kiamichi’s 10 campuses.”
Baxter is a graduate of Panama High School and has been married to his
wife Peggy for 36 years, raising two sons — Tim serves as Captain in the
Arkansas National Guard and Cody is completing his Doctorate degree from
the University of Arkansas in chemical engineering.
