Oaks Healthcare held their First Annual Pie Bake Off contest in celebration of National Pie Day on Jan. 23rd.  The contest was open to resident families, employees and just anybody.  The judging team did a blind tasting of each pie and also noted the appetizing appearance.  First place was given to Keeley Carsello for her Key Lime Pie, second place was Debra Parkhurst for her Millionaire Pie, and third place was Jason Kinsey for his Chocolate Pie In Your Eye.  Home-made pie was served to the Oaks residents and staff.  Congrats to all the winners and thanks to everyone who participated.  Keep on baking, and get your pie ready for next year!
