Howe and Heavener firefighters responded to this truck fire on Old Highway 59 near Monroe Tuesday afternoon. The owner of the Ford pickup said he had parked under the carport approximately two hours earlier when he heard what he said was an explosion. He told firefighters he looked out his window and saw the pickup was on fire. There was no damage to the house. Pictured are two Howe firefighters, Trent Sewel (left) and Leeman Gilley.
