National Emergency Medical Services Week brings together local communities and medical personnel to publicize safety.  Sadie Thornhill is safe in her carseat thanks to Emergency Medical Services of LeFlore County Director,  Bob Hawley, who made sure the seat was installed properly during the EMS week demonstration held in the parking lot at First National Bank in Poteau.  The demo given teaches drivers how to properly install carseats and use restraints to ensure a child's safety while riding in a vehicle.
