In the affidavit filed in the LeFlore County Court Clerk's Office, an agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OSBN) wrote that between Jan. 2, 2008, and Sept. 28, 2008, Nixon attained prescription drugs by fraud.
