Beauty Fest, What's in for 10 |

There is still time to register for the Women's Biz Luncheon to be held Aug. 26 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. "Beauty Fest: Update for Today's Professional Woman" will be held at the Days Inn and Suites and will include a style show.
Fashions provided by Factory Connection and Cato's will be worn for "What's in for 10." Last year 87 participants enjoyed a similar event .There is room for 100 this year. "Beauty Fest" promises to be a fun, informative event that will help professional women be ready to step into the boardroom, classroom, retail store, office or wherever the job takes her. Participants will learn the importance of skin care and the latest techniques for applying make-up to look more youthful along with the latest trends in hair styles and how a new style improves a professional image. Also, women will learn about maintaining a professional lifestyle and the importance of fitness and wellness. Experts in these fields will provide information to keep attendees performing at their maximum potential in the workforce. The registration deadline is Friday and can be done at www.ruralenterprises.com. The cost is $10 and includes lunch. The speakers will be Dr. Myra Gregory, Dr. Barbara Rackley, Jill Ward, Woody Holland, Stacey Roberts and Lindsay Rana. The style show will be performed during lunch and booths will be set up presenting all the latest in fashion and make-up.
