A little bit of rain isn't going to ruin the fun for Ty Slone, three-year-old son of Lacy and Tim Slone. Ty visits his Nana's store every day in downtown Poteau and rides his three-wheeler. His Nana, Kristy Morgan, tied the umbrella to his mode of transportation and Ty happily wheeled up and down the sidewalk splashing in the puddles.  Later he rode his three-wheeler to Willy's and parked it out front while he and his family had lunch.
