Dorothy N. Anderson, 82, of Panama, passed away Sept. 27, 2007, in Fort Smith, Ark.
She was born Jan. 11, 1925, in Hackett, Ark. to Cordy Almer and Callie (McCarrley) Willliams. She spent her days as a beautician. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.She is preceded in death by her husband, W.C. Anderson; and her parents. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law; Mike and Darla Anderson of Panama, Rick and Becky Anderson of Panama; three grandchildren, Chris and wife Christy, Laney, Casey; and two great-grandchildren.Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Panama with Rev. Larry Harris officiating. Interment will be held at 1 p.m. at the Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark.Pallbearers will be Bill Williams, Darrell Williams, Nat Sanches, Barry Fisher, Bobby Whiteaker and John Whiteaker.Arrangements were made under the direction of Evans and Miller Funeral Home in Poteau. |
