Christina May Colbert, 33, of Cortez, Colo., passed away Jan. 19, 2008, in Cortez.She was born Aug. 5, 1974, in Porterville, Calif., the daughter of Hayden Russell and Marsha Christine (Fossett) Hood.
She was married to Adam Colbert on Aug. 4, 2000, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was a licensed certified nurse assistant.She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Della May Hood and her cousin, Pauli.She is survived by her husband of Cortez; her mother, Marsha Hood of Porterville; her father, Russell Hood of Cortez; her brothers, Russell Hayden Hood and wife, Melissa of Porterville, Eric Dewayne Hood and wife, Jackie of Cortez, Richard Potts and wife, Misty, Matt Rush and Coy Rush and wife, Teva all of Cortez; Robby Scott of Porterville; two step-sisters, Hannah Hymes and Tiffany Gray both of Oklahoma; grandfather, Hayden Earl Hood of Porterville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives, friends and loved ones.Memorial services will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. at Myers Chapel in Porterville.
