Annual Fourth of July Celebration |

Downtown Poteau was filled with excitement and fun last year during the annual Fourth of July Celebration. The lines for the water rides may have been long but well worth the wait as kids all got a chance to get wet - several times. This photo was taken during last year’s festivities. The celebration this year is promised to be bigger and better than ever. Kids should wear swimsuits and adults should bring a lawn chair and plan to spend the evening in downtown Poteau on July 4th.
