Wanda Jean Rice

Wanda Jean Rice, 71, of Cameron died Nov. 7, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born Dec. 2, 1939, at Cameron to Johnny and Ruth (Seaton) Morris. Wanda Jean Morris married Bill Rice on Nov. 21, 1962, in Cameron. Jean retired from Cameron School System after 28 years of teaching and from CASC where she served as evening librarian for 11 years.
Jean is survived by her husband, Bill, of the home;  a son and daughter-in-law, Kelly Rice and Amy of Cameron;  a daughter and son-in-law, Kara Westhoff and husband Jim of Broken Arrow; seven grandchildren, Rachel, Jonathan, Nathan, Seth, Jade, Kevin and Kaitlin. 
Pallbearers will be Scott Clark, Jackie Farrar, Jamie Kirkpatrick, Kevin Adams, Lloyd Jaegar and Rod Brooks.
 Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at the Immanuel Baptist Church, Poteau, with Bro. Rick Snyder and Bro. Bryan Fields officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery, Cameron.  Family will visit with friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.  Services are under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home, Poteau.
