Warrant issued after house searched

September 19, 2012

An arrest warrant has been issued for Jeffrey Rolf, 41, of 303 North Ave. in Poteau in connection with an Aug. 22 search of his home by Poteau Police and the District 16 Drug Task Force.
He was arrested on Wednesday and was being held in the LeFlore County Detention Center.
Lawmen searched the home and reported finding what appeared to be an illegal marijuana growing operation. The officers reported finding 115 marijuana plants as well as dried marijuana near the plants. There were also “numerous items” of drug paraphernalia found in the home, according to an affidavit filed Tuesday by Jason Tucker with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
Police arrested Rhonda Rolf, 39, of the address at the time of the search and booked her on charges of cultivation of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamines) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jeffrey Rolf was present at the time, resulting in the arrest warrant being issues on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, an amended information was filed charging both Rolfs with cultivation of marijuana, a felony; possession of a controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), a felony; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, a felony; and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
