Whitesboro boys' season ends with losses in Class B Area Tournament; Bulldogs lose area finals to SW Covenant, consolation finals to Lookeba-Sickles

March 4, 2014

ADA — The Whitesboro Bulldogs had already made school history by winning the school's first-ever regional championship, thus they were needing only one win at last weekend's Class B Area Tournament at Ada High School's Cougar Activity Center to make this week's state tournament. Unfortunately for them, it didn't happen.
The Bulldogs lost Friday night's area final 39-34 to Southwest Covenant, then fell in Saturday's consolation finals 40-31 to Lookeba-Sickles.
