Wise's Win

Aaron Wise, right, a Poteau High School graduate, won the Xtreme Fighting League 135-pound championship in a five-round unanimous decision over Tulsa's Cody Fuller on Oct. 22 at Osage Casino in Tulsa. Wise is current Bentonville (Ark.) High School wrestling coach and is the grandson of Charles and Janet Parkhurst, and the late Phyllis "DoDo" Parkhurst.
