WISTER — Earlier this year, Wister baseball player Tyler Gibson signed with Seminole State College. A second Wildcat senior, Colby Turnipseed, signed to play college baseball at Carl Albert State College in a signing ceremony Tuesday morning at the Wister Gym.
“I just like to play college baseball,” Turnipseed said “It’s close to home. I really just want to go in there and do whatever they tell me to do — and play wherever. I’m looking forward to the opportunity. I’m very excited.”
