Dorothy Helen Bollinger, 79, of Cameron died Thursday, March 13, 2014, in Fort Smith, Ark. Dorothy was born Aug. 17, 1934,in Bengal to James D. and Willie Mae (Doris) Martin. She was a hotel-motel housekeeper. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leroy Bollinger; and daughter, Dorothy Mae Pearcy.
Survivors include her sons, Jimmy Bollinger and Carl Bollinger of Cameron; daughters, Mary “Liz” Seiter of Greenwood, Ark., Donna Sims and Sharon Thompson of Cameron; 13 grandchildren, Lee and Matt Bollinger, Khris Hickman, Kevin Seiter, Jeremy and Amanda Bollinger, April Buchanan, Roy Sims, Crystal Thompson, Stephanie Schrieber, Chrissy Thompson, Wanda Speaks, Karla Patterson; nine great-grandchildren; four sisters, Betty Ann Smith of Wagoner, Ella Mae Hodge of Hackett, Ark., Kathy Goldsmith and Faye Phillips of Greenwood, Ark.; four brothers, Charles Phillips and Kenneth Martin of Greenwood, Ark., John Phillips of Kansas, Tommy Duckworth; other relatives and loved ones.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 17, at Evans Chapel of Memories, Poteau, with the Rev. Jim Cook and Charles Phillips Jr. officiating. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
The family will visit with relatives and friends in the chapel following the service.
Evans and Miller Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
