Carolyn Sue Troxler, 69, of Panama died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, in Panama.
She was born April 1, 1943, in Martha to Earl “Bud” and Mildred (Callen) Moody. She was a homemaker, a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jimmie Moody.
Carolyn is survived by a son, Hollis Troxler Jr. and wife Roni of Bakersfield, Calif.; a daughter Regina Hight and husband Larry of Panama; two grandchildren, Brandi Jackson of Shady Point and Dakota Troxler of Bakersfield; great-granddaughter, Allison Jackson of Shady Point; three sisters, Alta Bridges of Ventura, Calif., Brenda Smith of Ardmore, Deborah Lamb of Ardmore; three brothers, Garland Moody of Exeter, Calif., Roy Moody of Fernley, Nev., Bobby Moody of Tehachapi, Calif.; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
Pallbearers will be Hollis Troxler Jr, Dakota Troxler, Larry Hight, Jimmy Hale, Mike Gruss and Rick Hall. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel, Poteau, with Pastor Brian Smith officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Panama, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
