Chili's reopens with a flourish

Chili's in Poteau has been something of a talking point since it closed to the public on April 3, 2019. Monday the doors to the much-missed eatery were opened back up to a fresh look, new management and a highly trained staff.
Before reopening, a team of trainers — that travel the country keeping all Chili's employees up-to-date with current trends in their market — guided the staff of the Poteau Chili's to make the best possible restaurant experience for residents. During their "Grander Opening" event — spanning the week before opening — the restaurant soft-opened to an invitation-only group of community leaders and businesses, testing out their preparation and smoothing out any last-minute wrinkles.
