Halloween safety tips from Chief Fruen

Halloween should be a fun time for kids and adults alike, but sadly there are many factors that can throw a skeleton bone in to the Halloween fun machine. Safety is always important, and should always be a concern, but during Halloween, with increased foot traffic and motorists transporting children from one place to another, the chance for an accident scenario goes up exponentially.
Chief Stephen Fruen of the Poteau Police department says it is important for kids, though excited, to be careful in streets and parking areas.
