Donald Lee Bocephus “Bo” Wilson of Wister and his mother, Edith Kathryn “Kathy” Wilson, are in the custody of the LeFlore County Detention Center in connection with the 2009 death of Jody Rilee-Wilson.

New evidence has led authorities to believe that Bo Wilson murdered his wife, Jody, and that Kathy Wilson helped her son dispose of the body. They will be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the LeFlore County Courthouse.

Bo Wilson is being charged with first-degree murder with deliberate intent and unlawful disposal of human remains after his wife's body was found by a paraglider near Heavener in May 2009.

His mother's charge includes accessory after the fact.
