VIDEO: Third video of Poteau councilman allegedly taking petitions

A third video has now surfaced of Poteau City Councilman Winford Webb allegedly taking petitions from the Tote-A-Poke No. 4, or the "small" Tote-A-Poke, in Poteau.

The petitions were against the city's controversial deal with Wolf Ridge Country Club to provide youth golf in exchange for a monthly payment of $2,500 from the city. The deal has been suspended until May 2018.

Jennifer Griffin, the spearhead of the petition, and others opposed to the deal between the Wolf Ridge Country Club and the City of Poteau began circulating petitions in August and they were left at four Poteau convenience stores. Griffin said petitions with signatures have gone missing five times — four times from Tote-A-Poke stores and once from KP's.

This surveillance video is from just after 8:30 a.m. Aug. 18.
