Whitesboro boys rout Eagletown in opener of own tournament Thursday night at home

WHITESBORO — The Whitesboro Bulldogs baseball team could not have started play in its own Whitesboro Tournament any better than it did Thursday night.The ’Dogs handled the Eagletown eagles 19-1 in the opening round of the tournament.The Bulldogs (3-6) played Battiest Friday night for the right to play in this afternoon's title game at 4 p.m. The Whitesboro-Battiest loser will play for third place at 2 p.m. this afternoon.
